When a high-volume apple sizing line needed a large-capacity surge tank, EMF was brought in to build it from the ground up. This massive tank was custom fabricated from stainless steel for food-processing service, providing the water capacity and flow management needed to keep the sizing system operating efficiently.

Every part of the build—from the heavy framework and large stainless panels to the final food-grade TIG welding—was fabricated with durability, cleanliness, and long-term production use in mind.
